OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM Vinod Jain Chairman & CEO Vinod Jain is a successful serial entrepreneur having started and led multiple companies. With his career spanning over 16 years, his first venture was a building industry portal called buildingsteps.com. His next venture was Convergence InfoTech, a technology solution provider. Currently Vinod is the Founding Chairman and CEO of Namo Solutions, Inc. In this role Vinod has lead the creation of state of the art business enablement solutions which has been deployed with multiple customers. Vinod holds Bachelors degree in architecture from Bangalore University and Master of Architecture from University of Oklahoma. Vinod is also a Certified Microsoft Professional and Project Management Professional from PMI.   Anjana Jain Director - Operations Anjana Jain has 7 years of experience managing customer service operations. She has worked with Namo solutions from it’ inception and has helped ensure retention of loyal and repeat customers. Anjana has Masters of Arts with history Major from Rajasthan University.   Rekha Reddy Director - Development Rekha has 7 years of experience in project management and IT consulting. She has managed team of 50 people and worked on diverse projects. Rekha holds Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Bangalore University and Diploma in Computer science.   Ashwin Hassija Director - Business Development Ashwin has MBA from university of San Francisco with major in marketing and international Finance. Ashwin has led marketing efforts resulting in multi million dollars sales for some of well known companies in bay area. He has been instrumental in introducing new products and business ideas to increase revenue stream for these companies.     Ajay S John Sr. Manager Human Resources & Operations Ajay brings to NAMO Solutions a multi – faceted experience mix spanning Human Resource Management, Project Management, Quality Management & Business Development in a career stretching just over 6 years. He had been previously involved in designing, developing and implementing cross functional strategies and industry best practices across global locations at Satyam Computer Services Ltd and Sasken Communication Technologies. At NAMO, he straddles multiple roles ensuring a smooth integration between people & processes. Ajay has acquired a Bachelors degree in Engineering along with a Master Degree in Business Administration. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Quality Management Systems Administrator (QMS) and a Certified Interview Panelist (CIP) by Thomas International.
